Daily files
Every business day, we deliver your files by SFTP. Either you pull them from us or we push them to you.
| File | Arrives | What's in it |
|---|---|---|
| Daily Transfers | About 6:00 AM ET | One row for each transfer that settled the previous business day. The file ends with a summary row, which isn't a transfer. |
| Daily Cancelled Transfers | About 6:15 AM ET | One row for each cancellation that settled the previous business day, including the cancellation reason and the credit amount. |
| Daily Consolidated Report (optional) | Daily, as configured | Built to reconcile your own general ledger. Columns are set up for you. Ask your Implementation Manager. |
Monday's files cover Friday through Sunday. The file names still say "ReadyRemit". That's intentional, so your file handling keeps working.
What you can get yourself in the portal
- Search and filter transfers, and export the results to CSV (if enabled for your organization)
- Download the receipt for a completed transfer
- View sender profiles and transfer history
- View the Activity Log (Admin and Finance roles)
The portal can't re-send a daily file. If you need one re-delivered, open a General Inquiry ticket.
Daily files vs the portal
The daily files only include transfers that have settled with the sponsor bank. The portal shows everything, including transfers that haven't settled yet. The two won't match exactly, and that's expected. Use the daily files to reconcile your prefunding account, and the Consolidated Report or a portal export to reconcile your own ledger. See the Reconciliation category.
Quoting a transfer
Every transfer has a unique transaction ID. It appears in the sender's history, in the Admin Portal and in the daily file. Quote it on any support ticket.
