Where RFIs appear
We send each RFI as a support ticket in your Admin Portal. Find them on the RFI tab of the Support Tickets page, which shows every RFI for your organization. Anyone on your team with the Support or Admin role can pick one up and reply.
Email notifications for RFIs are optional and off by default, so personal information doesn't travel by open email.
How to answer
- Open the ticket from the RFI tab.
- Read our latest message: what we're asking for, which transfer, and any deadline.
- Reply on the same ticket, and attach only what we asked for.
- If you can't provide it yet, reply with what's missing and when you expect to have it.
Please don't send this information by email.
Timeline if we don't hear back
| When | What happens |
|---|---|
| Day 3 | First reminder on the ticket |
| Day 7 | Second reminder |
| Day 10 | Third reminder |
| Day 11 | PayMitto asks the network partner to cancel the transfer |
A day 11 cancellation request isn't automatic, and it doesn't mean the transfer has already been cancelled. Reply as soon as you can, even after a reminder.
