What Failed means
Failed means the transfer could not be completed.
Examples of internal reasons include FailedCompliance and FailedValidation.
On the provider side, PayMitto compliance failure and Visa VALIDATION_FAILED map to Failed. Neither Mastercard nor MoneyGram maps provider codes to Failed in the current status mapping.
