When something stops a transfer, the sender sees a short on-screen message. The articles in this section list the messages by stage: enrollment and registration, recipients, and starting a transfer.
Limit messages:
| Message | What it means |
|---|---|
| "Adjust 'Transfer amount' to be greater than {amount} to unlock this method." | The amount is below the minimum for that method. |
| "You are transferring more than the limit allows. Please decrease your amount and try again." | The amount is over the per-transfer limit. |
| "You have reached the maximum daily transactions amount. Please wait 24 hours and try again." | The sender has reached the daily count limit. |
| "The maximum daily total send amount limit has been reached for this user." | The sender has reached the daily amount limit. |
| "The send amount exceeds the maximum transaction value for the selected cash-payer." | The amount is over that pickup location's limit. Try a smaller amount or another location. |
Limits are checked in a fixed order, and only the first one reached is shown, so a sender over two limits sees one message.
If a message doesn't explain the problem, open a Transaction Request with the transfer confirmation number and a screenshot.
