The Admin Portal shows six transfer statuses, updated in real time:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Initiated | Transfer details have been collected and are being reviewed before submission. Used for the debit card deposit path only. |
| Pending | The transfer has been submitted and is in process. |
| On Hold | The transfer has been stopped by one of PayMitto's own compliance checks and is waiting on a review or a timer. |
| Complete | The transfer has been accepted and processed on our side. This doesn't mean the recipient's bank has posted the funds yet. |
| Failed | The transfer can't be processed, for example because it failed data validation or compliance checks. |
| Canceled | The cancellation request is complete for an eligible transfer. |
Your account holders may see something different. In the sender app and through the API, a held transfer shows as Pending, not On Hold. That's intentional.
Pending Cancelation: where enabled for your organization, a transfer we've asked the payout network to cancel shows as Pending Cancelation until the network confirms. It isn't shown in the portal list.
Your launch countries and delivery methods come from your implementation project.
